Role Overview

As a Network Engineer at RVS iGlobal, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, managing, and troubleshooting networks that support our global clients. You’ll work with cutting-edge tools and collaborate with IT teams across regions to ensure high uptime, security, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and manage LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, routers, and switches.
• Monitor and optimize network performance, ensuring high availability.
• Troubleshoot network outages and provide timely resolutions.
• Implement and maintain network security measures in compliance with industry standards.
• Support network migrations and upgrades, including cloud and hybrid environments.
• Document configurations, processes, and incident reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT and operations teams to deliver seamless support.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in network engineering/administration.
• Certifications: CCNA/CCNP (or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, OSPF, and BGP.
• Strong knowledge of firewall management and VPN technologies.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills to interact with global clients.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud networking (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Exposure to network automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Python scripting).
• Familiarity with ITIL processes.
• Additional certifications such as CompTIA Network+ or Juniper certifications.
