Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls.
Manage and monitor LAN/WAN connectivity, VPNs, VLANs, and routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP).
Perform network performance analysis, bandwidth management, and proactive fault resolution.
Support Cisco ASA / Firepower / Meraki devices and wireless access points.
Ensure network uptime, implement changes via ITIL-based change management.
Collaborate with L1 engineers for escalations and assist with incident management and root cause analysis.
Maintain network documentation, topology diagrams, and configuration backups.
Implement and monitor network security policies and ensure compliance with IT standards.
Support VPN setups, remote access solutions, and branch connectivity.
Work closely with vendors for hardware replacements and firmware upgrades.

Required Skills & Certifications:

Hands-on experience with Cisco network devices (routers, switches, firewalls).
Proficiency in routing and switching protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, STP, VLANs).
Experience with Cisco ASA, Firepower, Meraki, Nexus switches preferred.
Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, QoS, and VPN technologies.
Familiarity with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios, etc.).
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) mandatory; CCNP preferred.
Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Key Requirements:

Immediate joiner preferred (Notice period ≤ 7 days).
Must be available for on-site work in Vidyavihar, Mumbai.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if required).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,757.41 - ₹45,581.39 per month
