Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for installing and setting up routers, firewalls, switches, and wireless access points to establish a robust network infrastructure.
• Configure network devices to ensure optimal performance, security, and efficient data flow.
• Manage and maintain ISP network equipment to guarantee seamless internet connectivity for the organization.
• Implement IT security systems, including firewalls, wireless equipment, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software, to protect against cyber threats.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess network requirements and propose solutions.
• Troubleshoot hardware and network devices to identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Monitor network performance, analyze logs, and implement improvements to optimize network efficiency.
• Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Maintain documentation of network configurations, equipment inventory, and security policies.
• Assist in the planning and execution of network expansion projects.
• Respond to network-related emergencies and provide on-call support as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend enhancements to the network infrastructure.
• Train and provide guidance to end-users on network and security best practices.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers for equipment procurement and support.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements to maintain data integrity and security
