• Must have good understanding for ARUBA wireless controllers, ARUBA Central, ARUBA Instance, ARUBA ClearPass
• Required to have knowledge of configuration and troubleshooting of Juniper / Cisco Switches. Strong understanding of Routing and switching concepts.

Good-to-Have

• Good to have knowledge on Fortinet firewall, VPN solutions.

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

• Monitoring of Links and reports Generation
• Network Patch Management, OEM coordination, test, and implementation.
• Monitoring Network Performance, Trend analysis Capacity Planning.
• VC Solution designing delivery on collaboration services (Hardware VC).

• New project site Initial planning, Design, Network Design, BOM preparation, Vendor management related to Network and Connectivity, Network Support for PAN India

• VC Solution designing delivery on collaboration services (Hardware VC).
• TPL HO/RO/Zonal office Network management
• Vendor Management for TCL, VC, Cabling contractors
• Datacentre core Network Management
• VPN Administration, Reports preparation

• Identifying opportunities for process and system improvement, Managing and reporting SLAs Supporting wider team with knowledge share, via knowledge base communications (emails, guides etc.) and contribution at team meetings
