Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the organization’s network infrastructure including servers, switches, routers, and firewalls.
Plan, design, and implement network solutions and improvements to enhance performance and security.
Conduct regular network troubleshooting, diagnose connectivity issues, and implement resolutions promptly.
Monitor network performance and generate detailed reports for optimization.
Ensure security protocols and compliance across all IT systems and processes.
Oversee installation, configuration, and upgrading of hardware and software.
Provide advanced technical support and training to internal teams and remote users.
Assist in IT-related onboarding and provide global user support as required.
Identify system vulnerabilities, recommend solutions, and implement preventive measures.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for IT projects and upgrade.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: BSc/BA in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in network administration or similar roles.

Technical Expertise

Hands-on experience with Windows Server 2019/2022, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and network monitoring tools.
Proficient with LAN/WAN setup, TCP/IP protocols, and network security practices.
Experience with HP & Ruckus switches and Fortinet firewall is preferred.
Certifications (Preferred): MCSE, CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, or equivalent.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under minimal supervision.
Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
