Job description:

Position Overview:

Betaspace is seeking a proactive and skilled professional to manage day-to-day IT infrastructure tasks, ensure smooth internet and network operations, oversee basic hardware maintenance, and coordinate office facilities upkeep. This role combines hands-on technical work with supervisory responsibilities to keep our workplace efficient and operational.

Key Responsibilities:

Network & Internet Management

Monitor internet connectivity and troubleshoot broadband issues.

Liaise with ISPs/vendors to log complaints and ensure quick resolution.

Handle basic network device configuration (routers, switches, load balancers).

Hardware & Cabling Support

Perform LAN cable crimping and installation.

Set up and maintain CCTV systems.

Assist in installation and configuration of networking equipment.

Office Maintenance & Supervision

Supervise routine office maintenance and coordinate with service providers.

Ensure all IT and facility-related equipment is functional and serviced on time.

Oversee small repairs and monitor cleanliness and safety standards.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain logs of internet issues, downtime, and vendor follow-ups.

Keep inventory of IT and office maintenance equipment.

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting.

Experience with crimping, load balancer configuration, and basic IT setup.

Good communication and vendor coordination skills.

Ability to multitask and work independently.

Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
