Status Reporting and Customer Focus on an ongoing basis with respect to project and its execution Capturing all the requirements and clarifications from the client for better quality work Taking feedback on the regular basis to ensure smooth and on time delivery Participating in continuing education and training to remain current on best practices, learn new programming languages, and better assist other team members. Consulting with engineering staff to evaluate software-hardware interfaces and develop specifications and performance requirements Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code Documenting very necessary details and reports in a formal way for proper understanding of software from client proposal to implementation Ensure good quality of interaction with customer w.r.t. e-mail content, fault report tracking, voice calls, business etiquette etc Timely Response to customer requests and no instances of complaints either internally or externally Mandatory Skills: Telecom Switching Routing NE Layer3 SW. To qualify for this role, you should possess post-secondary education in Computer Science or technology support services, have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Linux System Administrator, expertise in AWS, Openstack, Linux, Apache, MySQL, and Perl/PHP, at least 3 years of experience in managing infrastructure in AWS, a strong background in Linux/Unix administration, proficiency in scripting languages like PHP, Python, Perl, and/or Ruby, excellent technical problem-solving skills, experience in IP networking, and a good understanding of code and scripts. Additionally, you should have experience in email management systems, including postfix, the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, strong English speaking skills, and be able to work flexibly across multiple time zones, primarily GMT +10 & GMT +8 (Australian and Asian time zones). The work schedule will be during the day shift from Monday to Friday, with occasional hybrid work environments. Requirements for your laptop/PC include a minimum operating system version of Windows 8, 10, 11, or Mac 12.X or higher, an internet speed of above 20Mbps UP and Down, enabled anti-virus and firewall protection, a minimum of 20 GB disk space on the C drive, a minimum of 8 GB system RAM, and a processor speed of 1 gigahertz (GHz) or faster.
