Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled

NetSuite Functional Consultant

to support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing administration of

NetSuite ERP

. The ideal candidate will have experience working across key financial and business modules, including

Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets, General Ledger, Sales & Purchase Processes, Taxation, and Advanced Revenue Recognition/Suite Billing (Preferred)

. This role requires a strong ability to gather business requirements, document processes, provide post-Go-Live support, and drive continuous improvements in NetSuite functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and optimize
NetSuite modules
, including
AP, AR, Fixed Assets, General Ledger, Sales & Purchase Processes, Taxation
, and
Advanced Revenue Recognition/Suite Billing (Preferred)
.
Assist in the
design, development, and rollout
of NetSuite-based products and integrations.
Gather business requirements, document processes, and translate them into
functional NetSuite configurations
.
Provide
post-Go-Live NetSuite support
, troubleshooting issues and assisting users with
scripts, workflows, saved searches, and ad-hoc configurations
.
Analyze and diagnose
IT process issues
, develop business requirements, and contribute to
change management and process improvement discussions
.
Manage tasks related to
ERP administration, improvements, upgrades, and enhancements
.
Clearly articulate
As-Is vs. To-Be business processes
, educating users on NetSuite system functionality and bridging process gaps.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, conduct
requirements gathering sessions, meetings, and presentations
.
Translate business needs into detailed
business requirements documents
, including
use cases, process flows, traceability matrices, and report mock-ups
.
Document and analyze
current business processes and underlying systems/applications
.
Communicate and collaborate effectively with both
technical staff and business users
.
Coordinate and lead discussions to ensure understanding and alignment on projects and initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a

NetSuite Functional Consultant

with expertise in key

financial and business modules

. Strong understanding of

NetSuite ERP administration, scripting, workflows, and saved searches

. Experience with

business process analysis, documentation, and translating requirements into NetSuite solutions

. Ability to support

ERP upgrades, system improvements, and end-user training

. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to

diagnose IT process issues

. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
