We are hiring an Azure .NET developer with strong API skills. You’ll design and build cloud applications in .NET, but the core of the job is about building, managing, and scaling APIs using Azure API Management. If you enjoy solving integration challenges, securing endpoints, and making APIs reliable for both internal and external consumers, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET Core and C#.
Build and manage APIs using Azure API Management (APIM).
Create RESTful APIs and microservices with focus on scalability, reliability, and security.
Implement policies in APIM for authentication, authorization, throttling, and monitoring.
Work with Azure services such as Functions, App Services, Service Bus, Storage, and Key Vault.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to set up CI/CD for API deployments.
Troubleshoot API performance and availability issues in Azure.
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architecture planning.

Required Skills and Experience

Strong proficiency in .NET Core / C# development.
Hands-on expertise in Azure API Management (APIM).
Solid experience in designing and consuming REST APIs.
Good understanding of API security (OAuth2, JWT, Azure AD).
Knowledge of Azure cloud services relevant to API-driven applications.
Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (Azure SQL, Cosmos DB).
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.

Nice to Have

Experience with event-driven architectures (Service Bus, Event Grid, Event Hubs).
Exposure to containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS).
Background in monitoring and performance optimization of APIs.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices.
