About the Role

Zaptas Technologies is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic .NET Core Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about backend development, building scalable web applications, and working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and C#

Build and consume secure REST APIs

Implement microservices architecture and manage service-to-service communication

Work with Entity Framework Core and SQL Server for efficient data management

Participate in Agile/Scrum development cycles and regular code reviews

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions

Utilize tools like Git, Azure DevOps, and optionally work on cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)

Required Skills & Qualifications

6–7 years of professional experience in software development

Proficiency in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, and Entity Framework Core

Strong understanding of Web APIs, microservices, and SQL Server

Experience using version control tools like Git and platforms like Azure DevOps

Familiarity with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is a bonus

Exposure to cloud environments (Azure or AWS) is an added advantage

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Nice to Have

Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
