🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Manage servers, virtualization, cloud, storage & network infra
Drive system health checks, upgrades, and performance optimization
Ensure data backup, business continuity & SLA-based service delivery
Work with outsourced IT partners & manage compliance
Support 30+ domestic & 4 international sites
🎓 Required Experience & Skills:
10+ years in IT Infrastructure Management
Hands-on experience in Microsoft 365, Windows/Linux servers, SCCM, VMware, Cloud (AWS/Azure)
Knowledge of ITIL V5, ISO/IEC 20000, COBIT5
Strong leadership, analytical, and proactive service mindset
