Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Manager to help us build the next-generation Fintech products at Neo. We are looking for someone who has a good understanding of the Fintech industry and is able to translate market trends, customer needs, and business objectives into innovative product solutions.

Role & Responsibilities

Oversee the product development lifecycle for new fintech innovations, ensuring optimal design, functionality, and market fit.
Work with team management to define product strategy, features, and priorities.
Conduct usability studies to understand customer pain Prepare crisp and detailed product requirement documents (PRDs).
Define and wireframe the user journeys and flows.
Work with UX designers, developers, and testers to develop and release the feature.
Engage with external partners/vendors to identify integration requirements.
Monitor and track utilization/performance of features post-release.
Possess a solid understanding of technical concepts related to Fintech products, including API integrations, blockchain, data encryption, and data security.
Continuously optimize and improve products based on data-driven insights.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of product management experience in building products
Relevant experience in the fintech industry; particularly in areas like digital payments, personal finance, or investment platforms will be preferred
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment, adept at handling multiple priorities.
Passionate about user experience and building delightful digital products.
Proficiency with wireframing tools like Figma, Balsamiq, Adobe Illustrator etc.
Experience with business intelligence platforms like Power BI, Metabase etc.
Understanding of product analytics frameworks like Google Analytics, CleverTap, Mixpanel, Amplitude etc.
Familiarity with software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum, to facilitate effective communication with the development team.
Proficiency in utilizing product management and collaboration tools, such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or similar software.
