Job Description

Freight Management Oversee all aspects of primary transportation operations. Collaborate with customer service team for secondary transportation cost finalization Collaborate with carriers, logistics providers, and freight forwarders to negotiate contracts and service agreements. Develop and implement transportation strategies that reduce lead times and enhance on-time delivery performance. Continuously monitor and optimize transportation routes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. Cost Efficiency Programs Identify cost reduction opportunities within the supply chain and develop cost-saving initiatives. Analyze data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and measure cost efficiency improvement. Implement lean principles and best practices to streamline processes and reduce operational costs. Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive cost optimization initiatives. Supply Chain Strategy Contribute to the development of the overall supply chain strategy.
