The incumbent will utilize their extensive sales management experience to lead, inspire, and oversee a team aiming to drive revenue and margin growth nationally. This will involve enhancing the penetration of ZOLL products and services in existing accounts, converting non-ZOLL Accounts, and achieving or surpassing revenue targets and performance objectives. This includes conducting performance appraisals, recruitment, and providing coaching. - Cultivate strong relationships with key opinion leaders and market stakeholders. - Provide accurate order and sales forecasts, ensuring regular sales reporting and monthly updates to management. - Ensure team adherence to CRM systems and reporting protocols, maintaining data accuracy and consistency. - Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the market's dynamic needs, addressing challenges and seizing opportunities. - Collaborate closely with the Finance and Operations teams to ensure seamless order processing, precise financial forecasting, and alignment of sales objectives with operational capabilities. This encompasses providing essential data and insights to support budgeting, cost control, and inventory management. **Required/Preferred Education And Experience:** - University Degree or equivalent qualification. - Minimum of 8 years in the medical device industry with a focus on medical equipment sales. - Proven track record of leading a sales team to achieve and surpass market goals. **Knowledge, Skills And Abilities:** - Emphasis on continuous improvement, fostering an inclusive, high-performance team culture. - Demonstrated success in delivering sustained profitable growth in the healthcare market and expanding markets for new medical technology. - Exceptional ability to establish enduring relationships with customers and key stakeholders. - Capability to comprehend and articulate complex clinical and technical information clearly. - Strong negotiation, influencing, and market knowledge skills with a results-driven approach. - Proficiency in developing innovative cooperation models in sales processes. - Excellent communication and people-management skills.
