Job Summary

National Sales Manager (NSM)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the national sales team to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for market expansion and revenue growth
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive key account management
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide guidance to regional sales teams
  • Coordinate with marketing, product, and supply chain teams for smooth operations
  • Conduct regular market analysis to stay updated with industry trends
  • Ensure team targets are met and provide support in training and development

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 8+ years of sales experience in the

    Dental, Medical Devices, or Pharma

    sector
  • Proven experience in leading and managing sales teams
  • Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively across India
  • Based in or open to relocating to Gurugram.
