National Sales Manager - General Trade

As a Business Head at our organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact business results across geographies, focusing on business growth, top-line achievement, trade brand performance, sales transformation, and profitability. Leading a team of managers, you will ensure execution excellence, drive channel expansion, and implement key projects aligned with our go-to-market strategy. Your role will require strong strategic leadership, P&L management skills, and extensive experience in managing large, multi-layered sales teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver overall sales targets and maintain a balanced product mix. - Drive business through strategic market development and channel partnerships. - Achieve EBITDA targets by enhancing operational efficiencies and implementing cost control measures. - Enhance trade brand growth through focused brand building and sales activation. - Lead a multi-layered sales team, focusing on performance management, capability building, and succession planning. - Foster team engagement, career development, and recognition to achieve attrition targets. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution of market plans. - Develop strong relationships with external trade partners to ensure long-term business growth. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 10 to 12 years of experience in FMCG/OTC Sales, with at least 2 years as a Manager of Managers. - Proven track record of meeting sales and profitability targets. - Experience in domestic and international markets, preferably Nepal/South Asia. - Exposure to go-to-market transformation initiatives.
