Job Description

As a National Key Account Manager at Ferrero in Pune, your main focus will be to drive sales development across a number of clients. Working alongside the head of Accounts, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with various clients, defining sales strategies, setting targets, developing programs, initiating commercial initiatives, and implementing promotional policies. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the overall performance of assigned Modern Trade key accounts, delivering sales objectives, supervising execution, and taking proactive initiatives to seize every opportunity to increase sales in alignment with the company's policies and strategies. Additionally, you will assist the MT Head in creating volume plans for the MT Chains, planning visibility and activations for festivals and events for each brand, preparing necessary information for manpower planning, negotiating with MT Chains for TOT & JBP, identifying mismatches between chains within formats, developing people in the team, and managing spends in MT chains. You will also be involved in tracking activities for sales ROI and costs, in-store execution including availability, visibility, and activations, coordinating with logistics for on-time delivery, and maintaining planograms in coordination with retailers. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum Bachelor's Degree in Economics or Marketing, at least 3 years of experience in similar roles as KAM, fluency in English, proven sales experience with a track record of hitting targets, experience in category, customer, and channel marketing, knowledge of commercial and office software, and knowledge of the P&L.
