National Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager at Pyxidia TechLab in Raipur will play a crucial role in driving growth within the marble manufacturing sector. A key aspect of your job will involve analyzing market trends, assessing the competitive landscape, and identifying growth opportunities in the marble industry. You will be expected to deliver impactful presentations and proposals showcasing our marble products and services to prospective clients. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including production, marketing, and sales will be vital to align strategies and achieve business objectives. Negotiating contracts and agreements to establish new partnerships and secure business deals will also be part of your responsibilities. Monitoring sales performance metrics, attending industry events, and representing the company at trade shows and networking functions within the marble and construction industries will be integral to your role as a Business Development Manager. To excel in this position, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with an MBA being preferred. A minimum of 10 years of experience in business development or sales, particularly in manufacturing, hospitality, or aviation industries, is required. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets, a strong grasp of marble products and market trends, and excellent communication skills are essential qualifications for this role.
