Role Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Business Development Head – Testing & Inspection to lead and expand our business development efforts in [India/South Africa/China/ Dubai]. This senior leadership role will spearhead growth initiatives, drive strategic partnerships, and enhance our market footprint in the Testing & Inspection sector. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Develop and implement a robust business development strategy aligned with Basil’s global objectives. ✅ Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Testing & Inspection industry, across categories like Textiles & Apparel, Hardline, Toys, Leather & Footwear, Furniture, and Electrical & Electronics. ✅ Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, industry leaders, and stakeholders. ✅ Lead and mentor the business development team to achieve and exceed sales targets. ✅ Collaborate closely with technical, operational, and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. ✅ Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements to drive strategic decisions. ✅ Represent Basil at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.  Key Requirements: ✔️ 15-17 years of experience in business development within the Testing, Inspection, or related Quality Assurance industry. ✔️ Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strategic client relationships. ✔️ Strong knowledge of inspection processes, supply chain management, and compliance standards. ✔️ Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. ✔️ Willingness to travel extensively as needed.
