We’re looking for a Mutual Fund Operations Specialist with 3–5 years of experience in end-to-end mutual fund operations — someone who thrives in accuracy, regulatory discipline, and process excellence.

📋 What You’ll Do

Handle day-to-day MF transactions – purchases, redemptions, switches, SIPs, STPs, and SWPs via KFintech, CAMS, BSE Star MF, and NSE NMF II.

Ensure accurate NAV applicability and error-free settlements and reconciliations.

Manage KYC, CKYC, FATCA, and UBO compliance and maintain audit-ready documentation.

Support internal/external audits, MIS reporting, and regulatory filings (SEBI/AMFI).

Identify opportunities for process automation and operational efficiency.

Coordinate with AMCs, RTAs, and internal teams for timely issue resolution.

💼 What You Bring

3–5 years’ experience in Mutual Fund Operations (RTA/Wealth/AMC back-office).

Hands-on expertise in KFintech / CAMS / BSE Star MF / NSE NMF II platforms.

Strong understanding of MF lifecycle, NAV cut-offs (T+1/T+2), and settlements.

Working knowledge of SEBI, AMFI, KYC/AML regulations.

Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, Reconciliations).

Detail-oriented, process-driven, and proactive in risk and compliance controls.
