Job Summary

We are looking for a Mutual Fund Operations Executive with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end mutual fund operations. The ideal candidate has worked in small teams or startup environments, closely with founders or senior leadership, and has managed day-to-day operations along with direct customer handling. Strong command over Advanced Excel is mandatory.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end mutual fund operations including purchase, redemption, switch, SIP, STP & SWP
• Handle customer onboarding, KYC, documentation, and query resolution
• Coordinate with AMCs, RTAs (CAMS/KFintech), distributors, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure timely processing of transactions and resolution of operational issues
• Maintain and update MIS, client records, and operational trackers
• Prepare and analyze reports using Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, dashboards)
• Support the founder/senior management in daily operational activities and process improvements
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Mutual Fund Operations
• Prior experience working in small teams/startups or founder-led environments
• Strong exposure to customer handling and client servicing
• Excellent knowledge of Advanced Excel (mandatory)
• Good understanding of mutual fund products and operational workflows
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in wealth management firms, PMS, RIA offices, or mutual fund distributors
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, execution-driven role
