Job Summary

We are hiring an Insurance Operations Executive to manage end-to-end insurance operations for both corporate and individual clients. The role involves policy servicing, coordination with insurers, customer handling, and daily operational execution. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of hands-on experience in insurance operations and strong client-servicing skills.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end insurance operations for Life, Health, and General Insurance policies
• Manage onboarding and servicing of individual and corporate clients
• Process policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations
• Coordinate with insurance companies, TPAs, and internal teams for smooth operations
• Handle client queries, claims coordination, and documentation
• Maintain accurate records, MIS, and policy trackers
• Ensure timely follow-ups for renewals and compliance-related activities
• Support advisors and senior management in daily operational tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Insurance Operations (Life/Health/General)
• Experience handling both corporate and retail clients
• Good understanding of insurance products and operational processes
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic MIS reporting
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience working with advisory firms, brokers, or insurance agencies
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently
• Comfortable working in a structured, office-based environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
