We are a fast-growing AgriTech startup committed to transforming Indian agriculture through sustainable and scalable models. Our mission is to manage large tracts of farmland across India using natural, organized, and tech-enabled practices.

Currently, we are developing an Integrated Farm Management System that connects every aspect of farming—from crop planning and input sales to production, marketing, and logistics—on a unified digital platform.

About the Role

We are hiring a Multi-Task Growth & Operation Executive to lead and implement our Profitable Farming Project in rural Bihar (Patna, Nawada, and nearby areas). This is a high-responsibility, on-ground leadership role involving field operations, agri-input sales, crop marketing, team coordination, and farmer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day farming operations to ensure profitable output.
• Promote and sell agri-inputs (seeds, fertilizers) and farm produce through offline and online (e-commerce) channels.
• Supervise regional activities: inventory, procurement, logistics, accounting, and reporting.
• Independently coordinate with field teams, agri-experts, central office, and farmers.
• Establish and manage KisanPlus Centres in selected villages.
• Identify and onboard capable, progressive farmers for project expansions.
• Train, guide, and motivate on-ground teams and local partners.
• Conduct field visits and inspections using a four-wheeler (driving experience required).
• Ensure accurate MIS reporting, daily attendance tracking, and seamless communication.
• Respond promptly to management instructions and operate with transparency.
• Handle operations and crisis management effectively when required.

Eligibility Criteria

• Strong working knowledge of agriculture and ability to manage farm operations independently.
• 3–5 years of experience in agriculture, rural development, or related fields.
• Leadership ability, multitasking skills, and field team coordination experience.
• Familiarity with agri-input or crop sales preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Rural Management, or related disciplines (preferred).
• Comfortable using mobile apps, Excel, and reporting tools.
• Experience in organic/natural farming is a strong plus.
• Must own a laptop and two-wheeler.
• Valid driving license and ability to drive is mandatory.
• Familiarity with rural Bihar (Patna, Nawada, etc.) is an added advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
