Position : Quantity Estimation Engineer Reporting Manage r: Project Manager Location : Nawada ,Bihar. Job Responsibilities: 1. Manage and co-ordinate construction projects and good knowledge in site execution. 2. Estimate the cost of materials, labour, and equipment for construction projects, using contract bids, quotations, drawings and specifications. 3. Calculating BOQ quantities and cost, labour cost and achievable project time frame. 4. Experience in using computer/estimating software such as Expert to analyse data 5. Comparison Studies based on suppliers Quotations 6. Negotiations with suppliers on both technical and commercial aspects of product. 7. Based on Clients budget constraints for any specific project, carrying out Value engineering studies. 8. Maintaining ISO documentation, Record Keeping, Suppliers/Manufacturers Data. 9. Pricing for row materials / mechanical / plumbing systems use in project 10. Making Pre-Qualification documents, both standards as well project specific questionnaires Requirement: 1. Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering 2. Relevant Experience: 5 years and above 3. Any others: To estimate the value of project being tendered as part of business development Required Skills: 1. Good communication skills with the ability to form and maintain good relationships internally and externally 2 Good interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills 3 Commercially and financially aware 4 Strong Analytical skills
