Handle and guide TSRs / Sales Executives achieve primary and secondary sales targets. Appoint and manage distributors, monitor team performance and conduct regular market visits.
Analyze sales data and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports.

Required Candidate profile

3–5 years in FMCG sales (soap/detergent category preferred).Leadership and team management skills are essential.Note- Must have its own two-wheeler and smart phone
