MSP Portal Manager / Account Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations within MSP/VMS portals for staffing programs.
• Act as the primary point of contact between MSP clients, recruiters, and internal delivery teams.
• Ensure timely submission of candidates, compliance with client requirements, and accurate documentation.
• Support account management functions by maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring service level agreements are met.
• Partner with recruiting teams to prioritize requisitions, monitor progress, and ensure quality submittals.
• Provide reporting, analytics, and status updates to clients and internal leadership.

Qualifications

• Must have experience working with MSP clients in the staffing industry.

• 2+ years of experience in US Staffing and Recruiting.
• Strong knowledge of VMS tools (e.g., Fieldglass, Beeline, Coupa, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong relationship management and problem-solving skills.
