Key Responsibilities

• Manage and build strong relationships with 3rd party vendors to support staffing needs.
• Leverage prior

  full desk recruiting experience

  to understand client requirements and effectively collaborate with vendors.
• Oversee and ensure compliance with immigration processes, particularly the

  H1B program

  , throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Lead

  contract negotiation

  with vendors to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and service-level agreements.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of US Staffing experience

  , with proven success in recruiting and vendor management.
• Prior experience as a

  Full Desk Recruiter

  (client acquisition + recruitment delivery).
• Strong knowledge of

  H1B and US immigration processes

  related to staffing.
• Experience working with

  3rd party vendors

  and managing vendor relationships.
• Proven

  contract negotiation

  skills with vendors and clients.
• Excellent

  communication, interpersonal, and project management skills

  .
• Highly

  organized

  with the ability to manage multiple vendors, requisitions, and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience in managing vendor programs within

  MSP (Managed Service Provider) environments

  .
