Job Description

Consultation, provision, and final testing of recommended security, update, and general settings in the R&S environment for Microsoft Office Apps.
Documentation of changes for administrators, 1st-level support, and end users in the form of FAQ pages and manuals.
Acceptance and processing of tickets assigned to technical services.
Coordination with other interfaces (e.g., Outlook/Teams or Add-ins) that arise during task completion.
Support provisioning of MS office templates via SharePoint asset libraries and consult internal customers on usage of building blocks and quick parts.
Understand new internal customer requirements and implement them as needed.
Guide younger colleagues and share knowledge.
Roll out new versions/features for different user scenarios using various update channels; organize rollout waves with internal colleagues.
Inform end users and align with internal service desk, local onsite IT-colleagues, and business counterparts.
Manage hyper care phase with fast troubleshooting.
