1. Should have experience into New Account Setup process - US P&C Insurance
2. To perform quality audits for the associates.3. Motivate Team members and control shrinkage/attritions.4. Identify and /or drive process improvement initiatives5. Provide coaching and feedback to team member to enable them to improve their performance6. Assist new hires such that they are productive on the floor in the shortest possible time frame7. Handle Escalations 8. Provide inputs on process and system to the team members.9.Client interaction, Where required at the level of supervisors.10. To substitute Assistant Manager in their absence on the floor.11. To contribute to processing on need basis and ensure that targets in accordance with SOW are met.
