Role Responsibilities Perform laparoscopic surgeries with a focus on precision and patient safety. Conduct thorough pre-operative evaluations to determine patient suitability for surgery. Develop and implement personalized surgical care plans for patients. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Monitor patients during the post-operative phase, providing necessary care and support. Educate patients and their families on surgical procedures and aftercare. Stay updated on the latest surgical techniques and advancements in laparoscopic surgery. Participate in the training and mentorship of junior surgeons and medical staff. Conduct routine follow-up assessments to track patient progress post-surgery. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of surgical procedures. Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and seminars. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the surgical environment. Maintain a sterile and organized surgical workspace at all times. Evaluate patient feedback to improve surgical practices and patient satisfaction. Support administrative tasks related to scheduling and patient management. Qualifications MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution. Specialization in General Surgery with focus on Laparoscopy. Minimum of 5 years of experience in laparoscopic surgeries. Valid medical license to practice in India. Strong understanding of surgical procedures and patient care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using surgical instruments and technology. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Commitment to continuing education and professional growth. Experience in a clinical or hospital setting preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to handle medical emergencies effectively. Proficiency in medical software and electronic health records. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with healthcare professionals. Commitment to patient care and ethical medical practices. Location: This position is on-site at our facility located in Bathinda, Punjab, India. Work Mode This role requires on-site presence to ensure patient care and surgical precision.
