Overview:
Location: Gurgaon, Full – time (5days working)
Experience: 2–3 years in a marketing agency
We’re looking for a dynamic Motion Graphics and Video editor to Create eye-catching designs & videos for social, ads, and campaigns. If you live for creative challenges, thrive in fast-paced environments, and believe that good design & video editing is good business — we’d love to meet you.
About this role:
Graphic Design (Static & Graphical Posts):
- Design engaging static posts, infographics, banners, and other digital assets for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Ensure creative consistency with brand guidelines.
Video Editing (Normal & Graphical):
- Edit raw footage into polished videos for both long-form and short-form content.
- Perform normal edits (cutting, trimming, sequencing) as well as graphical edits (adding overlays, effects, and branded elements).
- Create easy motion graphics for enhancing videos with animations, transitions, and dynamic text.
Video Shooting:
- Capture high-quality video content for social media, campaigns, and brand stories.
- Adjust technical aspects during shoots such as exposure, lighting, framing, and camera angles to ensure professional results.
- Assist in planning and executing shoots (BTS, interviews, reels, promotional videos, etc.).
Brand Support & Marketing Creatives:
- Develop creatives for advertisements, campaigns, presentations, and internal requirements.
- Repurpose content into platform-specific formats (Instagram reels, YouTube shorts, LinkedIn posts, etc.).
Content Management:
- Organize and maintain a library of design files, raw footage, edited content, and templates.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality creatives.
Requirements:
- Strong portfolio of Motion graphics and video editing content
- Expertise in using Adobe softwares and Da vinci.
