We are seeking a versatile and highly creative Motion Graphics Artist cum Video Editor with a strong grasp of social media trends, storytelling, and marketing. With a minimum of 4 years of experience, the ideal candidate will bring both motion design and video editing expertise using AI tools to the table.
You will play a pivotal role in crafting visually compelling video content across formats and platforms — combining animation, design, and editing to deliver impactful visual stories. This role will significantly support our brand and marketing initiatives by enhancing content quality across digital and social channels.
• Design and animate engaging motion graphics using AI tools for marketing campaigns, brand communication, and social media platforms.
• Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished, high-quality final outputs — incorporating sound, voiceovers, motion graphics, and transitions.
• Adapt content across platform-specific formats (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, etc.) ensuring high engagement and relevance.
• Collaborate with creative leads, marketers, and content teams to understand briefs and translate them into powerful visual outputs.
• Take ownership of end-to-end video production, from storyboard to final delivery — including post-production editing, color correction, and audio syncing.
• Maintain brand consistency across all motion and video content while pushing creative boundaries.
• Keep organized project files and maintain an asset library for efficient workflows and future use.
• Stay updated with the latest design, editing, and social video trends, experimenting with new techniques and formats.
• Proven experience in both motion graphics and video editing, especially in a digital-first or social-media-heavy environment.
• Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects (motion graphics, animation, visual effects).
• Strong command over Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing and post production.
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and audio editing tools like
Adobe Audition is a plus.
• A compelling portfolio that reflects both motion graphics design and video editing capabilities, especially in short-form and social content.
• Strong sense of timing, pacing, rhythm, and visual storytelling.
• Experience in color grading, audio mixing, and working with various file formats and resolutions.
• Solid understanding of different social media platform requirements and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with excellent attention to detail.
• Bachelor's or diploma in Design, Multimedia, Communication, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in a similar creative/video production role.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using AI tools for better productivity and saving time
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
