What you will work on • Modern motion graphics for Toppins product videos, launches, ads, and feature reveals • Turning rough ideas into visuals that feel sharp and intentional • Working directly with the founders and influencing how Toppins looks and moves What we expect from you • A portfolio that speaks clearly without you defending it • Solid skills in After Effects and Premiere Pro • Clean timing, clean execution, clean thinking • Someone who works like the project belongs to them • No excuses, no drama, just good work We’re not offering hand-holding We want someone who enjoys responsibility.
