Role Overview:

We are looking for a talented and creative Motion Designer who can turn ideas into visually appealing designs.  As part of our creative team, you create video content and assets for use across a wide variety of media, including social media, mobile platforms, and emerging media. You will collaborate with the marketing, & creative team to develop compelling and impactful designs that will effectively communicate our brand message.

What you will be working on:

• Understand the briefs including but not limited to the client's goals, objectives, target audience, and vision for the project.
• Effectively use typography, colors, footage, and sound to make motion graphic content more engaging and impactful.
• Design and animate 3D models and elements to add depth and realism to video content.
• Maintain quality in all projects, including aesthetics, and creativity.
• Be a great communicator, receive and interpret feedback, suggest appropriate modifications, and meet tight deadlines.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining consistency in design outputs.
• Stay updated on current trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our designs are cutting-edge and relevant.
• Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance project outcomes.

What we are looking for:

• Good designing experience showcasing a strong portfolio of previous design projects.
• Proficient in using Adobe products, including Photoshop, After Effects, and other design software.
• Excellent artistic and creative skills, with the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing concepts
• Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, and composition.
• A never-ending desire to learn new techniques and technology to advance your craft.
