Role Overview

As a Motion Graphic Designer Intern, you'll work closely with the creative and marketing teams to produce high-quality motion graphics and animations. This hands-on role will sharpen your storytelling, animation, and post-production skills while immersing you in real-world agency workflows.

Key Responsibilities

● Motion Graphics Creation Design and animate motion graphics, animated logos, transitions, lower-thirds, and visual elements for social media, advertisements, presentations, and other digital campaigns.

● Video Editing & Post-Production Assist with editing video content, adding effects, animations, transitions, and sound enhancements using tools such as After Effects and Premiere Pro.

● Brand Guideline Adherence Ensure all graphics and motion content align with brand guidelines and visual identity across projects.

● Trend Awareness & Skill Growth Stay updated on motion design trends, techniques, and tools to contribute fresh ideas and visual innovations.

● Team Collaboration Work closely with the design, marketing, and content teams to bring projects to life, incorporating feedback and refining deliverables.

● Asset & Project Management Organize assets (project files, storyboards, source media) for efficient workflow and future reference.

Qualifications & Skills

Essentials

● Current enrollment in or recent graduate of a degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.

● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop.

● Solid foundation in animation principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.

● Strong communication skills and the ability to accept feedback constructively.

● High attention to detail and the ability to deliver quality work under deadlines.
