Create a safe and nurturing classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and growth. Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to guide their learning objectives. Collaborate with parents to discuss student development and address any concerns. Incorporate various teaching aids and technologies to enhance the learning experience. Participate in professional development workshops to continuously improve teaching strategies. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant field. Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in an educational setting. Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans. Preferred Experience in a preschool or early childhood education environment. Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and educational technology. Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to engage with parents and the community.
