Mother Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher (Mother Teacher) to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching all subjects at the primary level and fostering a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver lessons for all primary subjects (English, Math, EVS, etc.) in alignment with the school curriculum.

Serve as the Mother Teacher for a primary class, ensuring holistic development and close monitoring of each student.

Create a warm and supportive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and learning.

Use innovative and interactive teaching methods to cater to various learning styles.

Assess and evaluate students' academic progress and provide regular feedback to parents.

Maintain accurate student records, lesson plans, and report cards.

Collaborate with colleagues, school staff, and parents to support the overall growth of the students.

Integrate basic technology tools (MS Office) into lesson planning and teaching.

Participate actively in school events, workshops, and training programs.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 years of teaching experience at the primary level.

Strong communication skills with proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Passionate about teaching and working with young children.

Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed. preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
