Job Description

Job Title: Mother Teacher (Grade II / Primary Level) Location: Kent Global School, Banswara, Rajasthan

Job Summary:

The Mother Teacher will be responsible for managing the overall development and well-being of students in her class. She will act as a mentor, educator, and guide, ensuring a nurturing and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct and manage all subjects (English, Math, EVS, etc.) for the assigned class.
Create lesson plans and activities based on the school curriculum.
Maintain a positive, caring, and disciplined classroom environment.
Monitor each child’s progress and communicate regularly with parents.
Prepare student progress reports and maintain class records.
Organize classroom displays, learning materials, and co-curricular activities.
Coordinate with other subject teachers and school staff for holistic learning.
Support students’ emotional and social development through personal interaction.
Ensure classroom safety and student well-being at all times.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (preferably B.A./B.Sc.) with B.Ed. or D.El.Ed.
2–5 years of teaching experience at the primary level.
Strong communication and classroom management skills.
Fluency in English (spoken and written).
Passion for teaching and child development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
