Job Description: Mother Teacher

Location: Samashti International School, Hyderabad

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive care and education for young children.
Focus on the social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development of each child.
Design and implement age-appropriate learning activities and lesson plans.
Maintain regular communication with parents about their child's progress and well-being.
Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
Use positive behavior management techniques.
Monitor and document children’s development and progress.
Ensure the safety and well-being of children by following health and safety standards.
Manage classroom resources and materials effectively.
Participate in continuous professional development and training.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
Valid teaching certification or credential in early childhood education.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education or primary teaching.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Passion for working with young children.
Ability to create engaging learning experiences.
Patience and flexibility to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse needs.
Certification in child first aid and CPR preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
