Job Title: Front Office Executive (Female Only) Location: Samashti International School, Coimbatore Branch Gender Preference: Female candidates only Transport: Transportation will not be provided; candidates must arrange their own commute. Roles & Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors, parents, and staff with a warm, professional demeanor. Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently and courteously. Maintain attendance records and staff documentation. Assist with staff onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities. Support recruitment processes including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates Coordinate with the management for timely communication and reporting. Assist in organizing school events, meetings, and internal activities. Manage courier, stationery, and front office supplies. Ensure the front office area is neat, organized, and welcoming at all times. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate in any discipline with good communication skills in English. 2+ years of experience in a similar front office role preferred. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email handling. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills. Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
