Job Description

Achieve business targets for the assigned area through the DSA network

Track DSA performance and ensure quality sourcing across the region

Sales and Channel Development

Onboard, train, and engage DSAs for consistent lead generation and quality conversions
Conduct regular reviews with DSA partners and field staff to drive performance

Compliance and Risk Management

Ensure all partner-sourced files comply with process norms and documentation requirements
Flag and mitigate risks by monitoring sourcing patterns and trends

Customer Experience

Work closely with DSAs to ensure timely and professional customer interactions
Act as the point of contact for service issues and complaint resolution

Digital Adoption and Innovation

Encourage and track the use of digital platforms by DSA teams for faster TAT and visibility
Drive adoption of digital tools like Siddhi, MLP, Omega, and SFDC initiatives

Qualifications:

Graduation/post-graduation from a recognized institute
6+ sales experience (secured products preferred) with at least 2-3 years in Home Loan and LAP (preferably affordable housing loans)

Strong sales orientation
Proficiency in managing complex client relationships, diverse stakeholders
Capability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Skill in managing large, geographically spread team; coaching and mentoring team members
Competence in managing within a dynamic, priority-setting environment
