Job Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in retail mortgages. Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including mortgages and loans. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze market trends and competitor activity. Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is an advantage.
