ResX Analytics (www.resx.tech) is a 15-year reputed market research report publisher, delivering strategic business insights across industries.
We are looking for an experienced MongoDB Database Administrator and Developer for our team. In this role, you will be crucial in designing, deploying, and maintaining our high-performance, large-scale MongoDB clusters, ensuring data integrity, security, and optimal performance for our core applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, deploy, and manage production-level MongoDB clusters (including replica sets and sharded environments).
Monitor database performance, implement performance tuning strategies (indexing, query optimization), and troubleshoot issues.
Develop and maintain robust backup and recovery strategies.
Implement and manage database security such as role-based access control, encryption, auditing.
Work closely with development teams to design efficient data models and optimize application queries.
Automate deployment, monitoring, and maintenance tasks using scripting languages like Python, Bash, etc., and configuration management tools.
Plan and execute database migrations and upgrades.
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience as a MongoDB DBA and Developer role.
Deep expertise in MongoDB architecture, administration, and scaling (Replica Sets and Sharding).
Proficiency in writing and optimizing complex aggregation framework queries and indexes.
Strong understanding of Linux operating systems is very important.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to database health.
Compensation will be commensurate with your level of experience.
