The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise in Fusion HCM, particularly in Goals and Performance, and will have a proven track record in implementations, upgrades, and support projects. This role requires excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and lead support teams effectively. Responsibilities: Lead and manage Oracle Fusion HCM implementation, upgrade, and support projects. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives. Provide functional expertise in Fusion HCM modules, focusing on Goals and Performance. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Utilize OUM methodology to execute project plans and deliverables. Oversee support teams, ensuring timely resolution of issues and adherence to service level agreements. Prepare and deliver training sessions and documentation for end users. Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Generate reports using OTBI and BI Publisher to support decision making. Mandatory Skills: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion HCM modules. Strong functional skills in Fusion HCM, particularly in Goals and Performance. Proven experience in stakeholder management and customer communication. Global implementation, upgrade, and support experience in Oracle HCM. Knowledge of business processes and experience with OUM methodology. Ability to work independently and manage support teams effectively. Strong technical and functional knowledge relevant to business analysis. Experience with BI Reports and FTI. Preferred Skills: Experience with additional Oracle modules such as Performance Management. Familiarity with Taleo Connect Client (TCC). Oracle certifications in Fusion HCM modules, especially Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management. Experience in integration projects involving AWS PaaS. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Fluent communication skills with client facing experience.
