Experience- 15 to 18 years Location- Chennai Education- Engineering background Jd End User Computing (Intune, JAMF, Nexthink, Defender, Tanium , Print , Remote Support ) Messaging and Mobility ( Email , Agari, Email Security , Co-Pilot, Google Workspace) Collaboration (SharePoint, One Drive, Box, Teams etc, ) Virtual Desktop infrastructure (AVD, W 365) Automation and Gen AI Modern Workplace Transformation Leader - India Strategic Vision and Leadership: Develop and communicate a clear vision for the digital workplace transformation, aligning it with the organization's overall strategy and goals. Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital workplace projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including senior leadership, IT, HR, and business units, to ensure alignment and support for transformation initiatives. Change Management: Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and processes, including training and support for employees. Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in the digital workplace, leveraging new technologies and best practices. Performance Measurement: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of digital workplace initiatives.
