Job Title: MT Operations Manager

Location: Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi, India

Experience: 3-6 Years

Role Objective:

The MT Operations Manager will be the backbone of our Modern Trade business. Your goal is to ensure that our 800+ SKUs are always available on the shelves of partners like Reliance, Shoppers Stop, and Lifestyle. You will bridge the gap between our Retail Partners, our Warehouses (Delhi/Bangalore), and our ERP (Business Central) to maintain a Fill Rate of 90%+.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Demand & PO Management

• Monitor and manage the end-to-end Purchase Order (PO) lifecycle from receipt to delivery.

• Daily monitoring of retailer portals (H&G, Shoppers Stop, Lifestyle, etc.) to download and process POs.

• Coordinate with the warehouse teams to ensure orders are packed and dispatched within the "Cancellation Window."

2. Inventory & Fill Rate Optimization

• Analyze "Store-wise, SKU-wise" inventory reports to identify stock-outs or overstocking.

• Work closely with the Supply Chain team to ensure high-velocity SKUs (like our Best-Seller Lipsticks) are prioritized for replenishment.

• Minimize "Short-Supplies" by identifying stock gaps in Business Central before the retailer raises a PO.

3. ERP & Documentation

• Oversee the entry and tracking of all MT transactions in Microsoft Business Central.

• Ensure 100% accuracy in documentation (Invoices, E-way bills, Packing Lists, and GRNs).

• Reconcile "Disputed GRNs" and handle returns/damages processing from various MT locations.

4. Retailer Liaison

• Act as the primary point of contact for Retailer Warehouse Managers and Category Ops teams.

• Resolve issues related to barcode errors, labeling requirements, and appointment scheduling for deliveries.


Required Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 3–6 years in Operations or Supply Chain within the Beauty, FMCG, or Retail industry.

• ERP Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Business Central (or Navision) is a huge plus.

• Excel Mastery: Must be able to handle large datasets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query) to analyze 800+ SKUs across 40+ locations.

• Portal Knowledge: Familiarity with the backend portals of major Indian retailers (Reliance R-Portal, etc.).

• Mindset: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with a fast-paced 5.5-day work week.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Fill Rate %: Ratio of stock ordered by the retailer vs. stock actually delivered.

• Order-to-Ship Cycle Time: Reducing the time between PO receipt and warehouse dispatch.

• Stock-Out Incidents: Minimizing the number of "Zero-Stock" days for top-performing SKUs.

• GRN Reconciliation: Ensuring all delivered stock is digitally "received" by the retailer within 48 hours.
