Modern Trade Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets in assigned territory.
• Monitor sales performance at distributor and retailer levels.
• Identify and onboard new retailers/distributors.
• Ensure product availability, visibility, and penetration in the market.
• Support and manage distributors in sales planning, stock management, and performance tracking.
• Ensure timely collections and credit control.
• Regular visits to retail outlets to build strong relationships and ensure visibility and product positioning.
• Capture and address retailer feedback and competitor activity.
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, coverage, secondary sales, and market feedback.
• Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and challenges.
• Implement trade schemes and promotional activities effectively in the market.
• Ensure execution of BTL (Below the Line) marketing campaigns.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 07 to 12 years in a sales role, with proven success in LFR, retail chain management, and the FMCG industry (cosmetics experience preferred).
• In-depth understanding of LFR and FMCG sales principles, with a strong grasp of client relationship management (CRM) strategies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-making and build rapport with clients.
• Candidate should be comfortable for travel for business purpose.
