Job Purpose
To obtain employment and experiential opportunities in business, industry, academics for students (impact placement) in all the skill training programs of the Organization across India. To counsel, prepare and enhance hiring potential of students, new graduates into the job market.
Roles and Responsibilities
- To ensure the placement targets of the skill training centres of the Organization
- To identify the recruiters/ HR of the MNCs, Companies, Hiring Institutions for the placements of the trained students
- To coordinate with the skill centre team for collecting the profiles of the students and short-list them for the next steps of recruitment by the hiring institutions
- To create the JDs and support the recruiters and also skill centres and bridge the gap and initiate the interviews
- To organise sessions to the students for the interview skills and counsel them for attending the interviews. To invite and schedule the interviews for the short-listed students at the specified locations and share the feedback of the interview performance to the skill centre SPOCs and the students for the betterment of next interviews
- To guide and manage a set of reporting team in the execution of the recruitment process collection of the students’ profiles, short-listing, schedule interviews, recruitment companies’ coordination for organizing the interviews and hire the students
- To identify new recruitment companies for impact hiring of the trained students
- To maintain the MIS of the entire execution – students, different levels of interview stages, Recruiters, schedules, offer letters, average salaries, etc.
- To improve the average salaries of the placed students of each skill centre
- To conduct the market research for the quality trainings and better placement opportunities to the students
Corporate relationship & coordination:
- Key task is to bring in new HR clientele and manage relationships with existing corporate clients
- To correspond to prospective companies and invite for campus interview/online interviews/ bulk/ individual placements in appropriate locations
- Support placement logistics, such as traveling, accommodation, etc.
- Follow up hiring steps to receive placement confirmation, joining date, offer letter, etc.
- Track all placements either through software or systemized methods - To share the data base of eligible aspirants to the prospective companies based on the stipulated criteria
- To arrange for interview facilities at the centres
- Sharing industry feedback, trends, and expectations with students and leadership
Career Guidance:
- Counsel students regularly to ensure job acceptance rate increases - Advocate students as and when required to ensure their expectations and skills level match the jobs available in the market
- Guide students for successful result at the interview, before the interview process starts
- Participate in various student assessments with trainers to evaluate the student for potential placements
- To assist students from Interview to on-boarding, complete student career cycle.
- Provide information, advice, and guidance to students through various media, such as individual meetings, group sessions, email, etc.
- Collaborate with the centre heads
Training & skill development:
- Should facilitate seminars and pep talks by inviting Industry Veterans.
- Track the Planning, monitoring, and execution of Skill Training for placements - Arrange Industry Visits, Guest Lectures and On Job Training for the students’ community on need basis
- To arrange interview skills training for students such as soft skills, communication, interview skill, mock interviews, interpersonal skill, etc. 17. General management:
- To achieve individual targets assigned for the annual recruitment process. Support and coordinate with other team members wherever required. - To plan and engage with corporates for strategic activities including guest lectures, panel discussions, conclaves, workshops, competitions, etc. - To work with key stakeholders including Alumni, Faculty, Administration, Marketing & Admissions teams to achieve both career services and larger objectives.
- Develop innovative ways to attract different industry
- Conduct Employee sensitization sessions
- Good knowledge on NAP scheme. Update self with latest schemes. - MOU’s signing with all the employer’s & maintaining the documents - To follow the instructions of the organization and contribute for the organisation growth
- Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, stakeholders, and target beneficiaries.
- Create awareness about the NGO’s programs and initiatives within the community.
- Develop and implement mobilization strategies to recruit program beneficiaries or participants.
- Train and support community volunteers, field workers, or mobilizers to ensure effective outreach.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and orientation programs for local communities.
- Ensure timely enrollment of participants and their continued engagement throughout the program.
- Document success stories and best practices to highlight program impact. 25. Ensure mobilization activities stay within allocated budgets.
- Manage resources effectively, including materials and personnel for outreach events.

Requirements
- Any Post Graduation in any stream
- 3 years of relavant experience
- Have a pool of related placement HR links required for the execution of the projects
- Exposure on JDs preparation required for placing in the industry 5. Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Knowledge of Industry demographics will be an added advantage 7. Adopt in using MS suites with proficiency in MS Excel and other Agile tools 8. Ability to handle placement targets of all skill centres
