Mobile Contracting Manager - Europe

Role Overview : The Senior Mobile Contracting Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all mobile-related commercial contracts across European markets. This includes negotiating, drafting, and managing agreements with mobile network operators (MNOs), infrastructure providers, and technology partners. The role ensures alignment with business objectives, regulatory compliance, and optimal commercial outcomes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Contract Strategy & Management Lead the end-to-end contracting process for mobile services and infrastructure across Europe. Develop and implement regional contracting strategies aligned with corporate goals. Ensure contracts meet legal, regulatory, and operational requirements. 2. Negotiation & Vendor Management Negotiate commercial terms with MNOs, MVNOs, and infrastructure partners. Manage vendor relationships to ensure service delivery, performance, and compliance. Conduct regular performance reviews and renegotiations as needed. 3. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with legal, finance, procurement, and technical teams to align contract terms with operational needs. Act as the primary point of contact for contract-related matters across European business units. 4. Risk & Compliance Identify and mitigate contractual risks. Ensure compliance with GDPR, telecom regulations, and local market laws. Maintain audit-ready documentation and reporting. 5. Financial Oversight Monitor contract budgets, cost savings, and financial performance. Support forecasting and financial planning related to mobile services. 6. Leadership & Development Mentor junior contracting staff and support their professional development. Lead cross-border contracting initiatives and promote best practices.
