Device Management & Configuration/Security Specialist & Workflow/Integration Specialist eJAmerica Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (Hybrid) Experience: 8 t0 10 years Location: Bangalore/Pune Prefer: Immediate to 30 days joiners Key Responsibilities: Device Configuration & Security Create and manage system builds and images for Windows/macOS devices Configure firewalls, client security, browser settings , and enforce device policies Implement and manage device lock screens and compliance policies System Updates & Maintenance Manage and deploy driver, BIOS, and firmware updates across devices Monitor and maintain system health and performance across environments Workflow & Integration Support Administer and maintain myIT workflows to support internal IT service operations Handle Ariba integration and updates for procurement and workflow processes Customer & Stakeholder Engagement Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth device operations Address and resolve escalations related to workflows and integrations Ensure clear communication of timelines, updates, and policy changes Required Skills & Qualifications: 58 years of experience in device management, IT operations, or endpoint configuration Proficiency in Windows OS imaging, BIOS/firmware updates , and endpoint security Experience with myIT workflows and Ariba platform is a plus Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills Experience with MDM tools (e.g., Intune, SCCM, JAMF) is desirable
